I think Jared is a nice gentleman. But I feel like everytime I've taken my vehicle in there to get serviced they think I'm just an ignorant woman. Eveytime I've taken it there they either half fix the problem or try to pull the old okey doke and say it's something else. If I didn't pay for a service contract through them I wouldn't go there.
Steve hahn,has been a great service company for me. They have always fixed my car in a decent timely manner and gave me a ride home when they had the van service. I'm not sure if they have that service now but when I needed a ride they were there for me.The counter help was very friendly and sweet as well. Thank You Steve Hahn company

Even after "getting in line" by using their app, still had a ridiculous wait time. I will, however, grant that the staff was extremely cordial and friendly.
I had a real lemon I bought at another lot and had to bring it in for $$$$$ of work that I couldn't afford. They didn't even charge me for that last evaluation. Eventually, when it needed yet another fix and I decided to replace it, but didn't want to go into debt. They went over backwards to scour their lots for a deal in my price range and then lowered it. I love their service. I recently changed from taking my Audi from tri cities to Steve Hahn. I bought my Jetta from Steve Hahn and they always did a great job servicing it.Jared and Trent are great.
I waited a little longer than told but they do a good job and have good customer service
