Bought a brand new Mercedes in 2018. Took over 4 hours to get paperwork done, even though we went in pre-approved before hand. Received an unwashed, empty gas tank Mercedes-Benz. Have had several issues with the service...they were over 30 minutes late for our scheduled service due to the simply forgetting us in the waiting room, received our car back with a scuffed rim that we never got a call back about. I had great service while purchasing my car. I had great service when they took me through all the features on my car. I purchased a clear coat for my car. I took my car to have the clear coat done. It protects the car. I was able to pick up same day. Steve Hahn drove up in my car to deliver back to me it was beautiful inside and out and because I was low on gas he stopped and paid for my gas and filled the tank. They are such liars. They called me on Friday saying we got financed for the jeep. They set up a appointment for 11:00 am I was there but they decided that I need another 4000.00 down so why lie to people and say we have 2 loans for you. There were I guess but I never got to talk to the finace guy.if we can't figure this out I want my downpayment in my account the same day. . I have to have a 4 wheel drive. Recently leased a 2021 VW Atlas from this dealership. We were quoted a certain amount a month. I asked the sales guy if this included everything and would be the final monthly payment.. He said yes and so we signed the paper agreeing to it. It was late at the dealership and so my husband went to sign paperwork and the sales guy told me I could start moving my personal items into our new vehicle from our trade-in. Great customer service! These guys know how to take care of their customers. If you haven't been down to visit them; you're missing out
There service Department is no good and if you have warranty like I do on my 2016 mercedes c300 they don't honor your warranty. They still charge you and they so call don't know how to "Renburse" you so call for cashier experience!!. They charged me 400 for a battery which it should of been covered under warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! If you need any services for your Mercedes fill up your tank and go to Tri-Cities and talk to Pete, they do make you feel like home and do have better customer service.
