Scott has been great to work with my 2013 Kia Optima hybrid was towed in with battery issues Scott immediately found me a loaner vehicle then started working towards repairs, after finding the problem out he expedited the parts to his office. Bought a "single owner clean carfax" car from them. Cars clearly been in an accident, and broke down just before the 1 year mark of owning it..... $5000 repair on a transmission. Car was $8000. So now I'm still making payments for a car that I can't even drive. Won't ever buy from them again. They refused to even honor our original deal when I bought it (stereo and navigation didn't work and they promised me that they would fix it). I was given a 25 gift certificate to performance auto sound as a solution. Buyer beware.

I love this place, they always make me feel special, I feel like they bend over backwards to try to make the customer happy! It would be nice for oil changes didn't take so long, but that's all I have to complain about! 👍
