Not a very good experience. My insurance made an appointment and they never got the claim number. I showed up and was told I couldn’t leave my car without claim number. It was a big mess that could have been avoided if they require that upon appointment and not passed the burden the the customer. Front desk staff was completely unwilling to help retrieve the number. I picked up my car and it was not completed. It had bubbles in the paint and a whole strip of paint missing. I did not accept the work and it took four more days... read more
In general it provides good and fast service, the staff are nice and very convenient as it has car rental and insurance locations right inside the store.
Did a great job of getting my car back together after an accident. Looks great and guaranteed work.
The work was well done. Looked like new. It will take a while for the lacquer smells to wear off.
The staff was excellent and very helpful when dealing with an issue with insurance company.
This is my second time taking my vehicle to Sterling McCall Restoration center, because they did such a Great job the first time my car was hit I knew how they work and was very pleased. They kept me informed on the status of the repair twice a week and actually finished earlier then expected. My car looks as good as new, if I ever need repair work again that's where I will be going. Great job everybody!!!
