Horrible service
Sterling McCall did a great job of getting our car repaired. Most importantly, we had a timeline to meet, asking them to repair it while we were on vacation. They kept me informed all week and our car was ready Saturday morning so we could get back to work in our own vehicle Monday morning. Great job!
Excellent service. Jonathan Lee was amazing. He kept me abreast of each step along the way. He ensured the repairs were done in a timely and detailed manner to include my Veteran License cover.
This was my second time using this restoration center for my Acura TSX. They kept me informed all along. I picked it up and noticed a small piece in my backseat. I took it to Jaime who tried to fit it on but found that it was broken. They ordered a new piece. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. Clean and shiny!!

I took my Ford Harley Davidson F150 For repairs and at 1st they told me my truck was totaled, But after talking to Santiago he was able to repair my vehicle and avoided having my paid off truck totaled. Needless to say that's made me a satisfied customer. The parts on my truck were difficult to acquire so it took some time but, they called me to let me know what was going on every step of the way. The quality of the work was good, but the communication and customer service were well below expectations. My vehicle was in for one week for a simple bumper replacement. I left multiple, multiple voicemails requesting status update and none of my voicemails were ever returned.
