I am pleased with the repairs made on my Lexus LS430. Took longer than I expected however I was informed of the status - Howard kept in touch with me and was very personable and was clear on the initial and additional work that had to be done.
Howard Akins (collision consultant) and Bo Li (customer service representative) kept us informed regarding SUV repairs. They were timely with repair and at delivery Howard inspected the vehicle with me. The repairs were impeccable. Both agents were professional and personable. They get 5 stars.
Their work was excellent and my RX350 looks brand new. It was two weeks late and the service rep was very difficult to get in touch.
My experience at SMRC was superb. Ulysses was my advisor and he was 110% . He communicated well, worked with insurance company and made the whole thing stress free. Job well done. Thanks
