Awful experience. Horrendous communication. Didn’t do the repair the first time. Did additional damage to my car. Agent Jonathan Lee and Art Vitek lied to me on multiple occasions. I have emails and voicemails to prove that this is not an honest shop. Check their reviews on other platforms, and you will see the same.
Vehicle was fixed right But damages to my right back of my truck looked worse I believe when they repaired my left back some how caused more damage than what it was to the back right Not Happy
The service was great. It was done in a timely manner. The maintenance expert , Charles Nguyen, was very professional and used his expertise to explain everything I needed to get done . I was also given a tire rotation as a courtesy after inquiring about it. However i do feel strongly that this should be done automatically free of charge as part of your maintenance check . I hope you will take this suggestion under advisement , especially for your loyal customers.
