Service advisor is bad, because I call him many times before and on the day, my car may be done,but he didnt pick up the fone n call me back
! First of all the communication line is very poor. A. your collision consultant's voice mail says that it may take 4-6 hours to get back to you. Is that standard or does he need help? B. Car was repaired and taken home and 30 hours later quit on a busy freeway at night. Had to have car towed and brought to my home.C. No mention that they have missed something and not able to repair after a week.. No I will not recommend.
