RecommendedExcellent service and great communication. The necessary work was explained, along with the timeline for completion. They worked with the insurance company when supplemental work was found and I didn’t have to deal with it. They checked with me every few days to confirm that they were still on schedule. My car was ready on the day promised and it is as good as new. It’s a great shop!
Fixed my Mazda6 in a timely manner and even tried to help me remove paint/tar off the trunk. They really went above and beyond and helped sort out any issues I had.
I recently hit one of those stationary yellow poles in my 6 month old Rav4 and did much damage to the driver's side....I was sick to say the least!!! I took it to Sterling McCall Restoration Center for repair and they did excellent work....it looks brand new again!!! They were very courteous, professional and had it completed in the time promised....I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a good body shop.
Very nice and prompt service.Mr.Li called me a couple of times and informed me how much had been done to my car and he always asked me any question I have be sure to ask him.Service done 1 day earlier than scheduled.Charged for service was fair and not expensive.Free transportation to client’s home.Very friendly staffs.Thank you very much Mr.Li and staffs in the office and in the shop for job well done.
