They had the car we wanted. We made the deal on the trade and we're off the lot in 2 hours flat. Solid, professional, and a good deal too. Albie was our Salesman and he worked the deal in a way that earned the 5 star rating.
What a great experience We had today. Our salesman Jad was professional and helpful throughout our pre owned purchase, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. And Joseph in the finance department put our credit nerves at ease. Super friendly and sincere people. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends, or even to my Mom.
The worst service ever, please take my advice run away from these people. Lies lies and lies, that's all you can get from these people.

I’m not sure if Sterling McCall Lexus Houston intentionally lies, or if the staff is just under-trained and misinformed. I leased a Lexus GX 460, and the finance office offered to sell me a tire replacement warranty. I specifically queried the finance manager to make sure this was a REPLACEMENT ONLY warranty, like the tire warranty I had on my previous BMW, and not a ``repair or replacement'' warranty. The Sterling McCall service department is wonderful. Really nice people. Truly, I would not consider taking my car anywhere else for service. One can tell that they put a lot of thought into how to make the car service experience something special. If you choose to wait for your car, there are iPads with recent movies to watch. I made appointment for oil change at 7 30 am. I was there at 7 15 hope things done little bit early and at least don't have to wait for delay. But 9 50am I am still waiting for oil change service. I asked manager "what is going on why it's taking so long time?" She said "it's usually take hour to hour and half. If you have to go we can give to your car without cleaning service." it's already been almost 2 hours and half. Most people are left even who come later than me.
