I have came here for service for the past 4 years, service advisor james and matt are very helpful in pointing out recommendations during their inspection and have a no pressure approach. Oil service is always done in a timely manner 1-1.5 hour tops.

My husband and I stopped by the dealership to look at an RC 350. We were treated with great care and courtesy! The small things made us feel very comfortable: we were escorted to the hospitality area and we were assured that all food and drinks were complimentary. Got kicked out by one of the managers, Paul, for using their cafe for a meeting. He mentioned the cafe was only for paying clients and insinuated we were eating here for free. However, he failed to recognize we paid for our food (yes we have receipts), paid over $1000 dollars in service fees the week before and over 40k for a car that was purchased here. Disappointed to say the least.
Horrible Experience!! Will never purchase from Lexus again! We took our Lexus RX300 for service. There were a few items that needed to be repaired so we asked them to make those repairs and have it ready to pass state inspection as we wanted to sell the car and get a new one. The car took about a week for those minor repairs and when we thought the car was ready they tell us last minute that a seat belt needs to be replaced.
