I did NOT have an appointment this past Saturday to have my Lexus' oil change and tire rotation...I just showed up around 9:30. Marcus, the young man who greeted me and wrote down the particulars of my visit, couldn't have been MORE professional. He not only took care of my oil change, but was able to buff out some scratches that were on the car. Great service! I came in at closing time (they were even shutting the gate as I pulled in), yet David Lavine and Nicholas (I don't remember his last name) welcomed me in and helped me. They didn't try to rush us or anything even though it was well past the time they were supposed to go home. This was my first and last stop to buy my car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
