DO NOT BUY from this dealership. They are bunch of scam artists. We wanted to buy a new car from them and they refused to put anything in writing on the quote they gave us over the phone and then claimed when we got there that the car was "sold" and only had higher featured cars available (even after calling multiple times without anyone returning our calls and then confirming the car was still available). The service department tried to say that I or my husband broke our side driver mirror on my Lexus IS 250. See we bought it used at turner Chevrolet in Crosby and bought an extended warranty on the vehicle. Well needless to say they were rude and not trying to help in any matter and now we have to pay out of pocket for something that we didn't break. My husband and I just purchased a NX 200 Fsport. We love the vehicle and the service could not have been better! Corday was our sales associate and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process was streamlined. We were in and out, including trading in another vehicle, in about 2 hours. A wonderful experience.

Horrible service! Pulled up to the service lanes to get an oil change and waited almost twenty minutes for someone to walk up to my car to ask me what I needed. Well, nobody walked up to me so I got out of my car and walked to the nearest employee. The employee completely ignored me as did the other employees that were just standing around. After that I just got in my car and left. Drove to Westside Lexus where they were friendly and service was done properly and in a timely fashion.
