Overall best results ever. However, shop is very busy and should focus more on meeting competition dates. Great work and no questions follow up on any details or issues Took my brand new BMW in for some work and they made it like new. Have been going here ever since. Recommend to all my friends!

My Geico agent was amazing as well as the lady that handled my vehicle from Sterling McCall. My rental was ready to go when I got there, geico helped me out with getting my deductible down even lower, my car was done sooner than the expected date, and they did a amazing job! These situation are never good ones, but Sterling McCall made this a great experience for me!
Great experience. Everyone was very attentive and walked me through the entire process. Never had to wait long and was updated at every step. Very nice to have insurance, car rental and repair all at the same location.
