I’ve had 2 car accidents and both times their service was exceptional! My cars were delivered on time and the paint job was superb! They kept me updated via text and call, and I was able to get my rental right there and then and return it as I picked up my vehicle. Great customer service!

Better communication regarding timing of the completion of repairs. I was never updated when the status of my repair changed, this happened multiple times and I had to keep calling myself to hear that the delivery would be delayed.
