This was my first experience with Sterling McCall, and was the most convenient and professional experience I’ve had with a collision center. The insurance adjuster and Enterprise car rental location on-site made the process seamless and stress free. During the time my car was there, I received consistent updates by text, as well as phone updates, and the quality of their work is excellent. Great service, communication, and quality work!

Wasn’t too impressed. Daily notifications said car would be ready on time.. Guess what? It wasn’t. Paid out of pocket and I’m not sure but I have a feeling that put me to the bottom of their priority. Then I stopped getting notifications and they tried to delay again 3 days after original estimated completion date. Oh well not everything that’s shiny is gold.
Brought my truck in (my baby) for repairs on my fender. Mr Cord Currington assisted us & made sure to take great care of my truck. Since Harvey, my last truck that was totaled, I’ve been sort of protective over my current vehicle, not wanting anything to happen to it. Mr Cord made sure to keep me totally updated to ease my anxiety, every step of the way. When I rcvd my truck back, Mr Cord had it cleaned and even brought his own caddy of cleaning supplies out to ensure it was in perfect condition. Talk about customer service!... read more

Repaired my 2017 BMW after a minor parking lot collision. Sterling McCall was recommended by and the repair was facilitated through Advantage BMW Midtown. In short, they did a terrible job. Orange peel and buffer marks on the entire side of my car. It would have been simple for them to take pride in their workmanship and completed the repair to a professional level. They just didn’t care.
