My service advisor kept me updated on my vehicle every 3 days.
Came in to get a realignment on our passenger door. Didn't wait long when Cord walked us (baby boy with me) out to check out the car. We were there for an estimate when he said he needed to have the body shop take a look. After maybe ten minutes, Cord came back and shared it was fixed. He had gotten it aligned and didn't need to hassle with paperwork. Awesomeness! I'm doing business with this place in the future. Excellent customer care from Cord, excellent service overall.
Staff , especially Ray Bishop, was very helpful and efficient. Also, when I had a problem several months later, I was treated fairly and immediately.
I’ve been dealing with SM Lexus for 15 years, service and collision center and it has always been professional and friendly. The work is excellent.

The staff and especially Neil work with me in a very professional way, their workmanship was extremely excellent, and their facilities was very clean.
This is the 2nd time I have used them, they do awesome work and the staff is very friendly. I received text messages on the progress of my car all the repairs were completed in a timely manner.
