Car was done a day early. Looks good. So glad it was fixable.
Had my vehicle repaired here and the experience was ok. Initially had an estimate on the damage but the insurance company estimate was different so overall time to repair rook 2 weeks longer than first told which is understandable. What is not clear is why insurance company was told vehicle would be finished before I was told (yes sorry of insurance company to close claim with me having less than 12 hours notice to return rental but that’s a different story). The collision center repairs were great but the ins appraiser was rude and not helpful. I had to do all the insurance my self. The staff of the collision center was very nice and helpful but Geico man not so much.
Have used Sterling McCall several times now and besides the convenience of the location, the service is great. Highly recommend!!
