This was 2nd visit. Both times were not only pleasant but I got the care I needed. Mattie and rest of staff are friendly and respectful, as well as knowledgeable. Dr. Smith is friendly and personable. But more importantly he was absolutely thorough when evaluating my hip condition. He presented me with facts and options. He does not push surgery if there are options. He is tuned in to the needs of the elderly beyond the operating room. I highly recommend Dr. Smith with no hesitancy.
I was recommended to Dr Smith by another physician around the end of October. I knew I needed hip replacements but wanted a second opinion. He did my first surgery in November then the second one in December. Everything went great! The whole staff is awesome! I highly recommend Dr Stephen Smith!!

Dr. Smith has always given excellent care. He sat down with me each time I've gone, ask me what my concerns are, he listens intently and without interrupting me. Then he ask questions, and, if needed, send me to get Xrays. Once he comes back in, following the Xrays, he gives thorough explanation of what seen on them, and discuss my options. Dr. Smith spent time going through my options. He explanation was very straightforward and he allowed me time to ask questions about the options. At no time did I feel rushed. He was extremely personable, which removes all anxiety while at the doctors.
Dr. Smith is awesome! He’s extremely popular and busy with patients but still takes time to treat you. I had my first cortisone knee shot at 50 yrs old, terrified but he was gentle as possible.
Everyone was very friendly, I didn’t feel like just another patient.
