I would absolutely recommend Dr. Stephen Smith and have oftentimes to both family members and friends. He was highly recommended by other physicians over 10 years ago for my severe hip pain. He replaced both hips; they have been trouble free ever since. He told me then that they should last forever and they have. The Peachtree Orthopedics across from Piedmont Hospital is an amazing office from the kindness of the front office Staff to the back office Staff. Dr. Stephen Smith is an extraordinary knee surgeon to my friends I referred to him for surgery- which had fabulous outcomes. I also love the P.A.s they have had on staff over the years. Dr Smith is knowledgeable and clearly explains your options. He and his office staff are very impressive with their professional service to clients/patients. He performed a knee replacement on me and hip replacement for my husband and we both have never had any problems…still going strong years later! Went to see Dr Smith after he had replaced 2 knees for my husband which we were very pleased. I had left knee pain due to arthritis. He injected it with steroid injection and ordered PT. Follow up in 2 months. Very pleased.

I met Dr. Stephen Smith for my initial consultation a few weeks ago and was highly impressed. Dr. Smith was very personable and spent time going over my x-rays and talking to me.
