The staff was very friendly. They took their time to explain things, and were gentle and kind at every turn. Results were prompt and I appreciated them very much.
Everyone there is very professional, they are polite and kind. I have felt very comfortable each time I have been to this Center. The nurses are very knowledgeable they explain things ,they introduce themselves, I am very comfortable with Dr.Soufleris. He talks to you,explains things before and after your procedure. I would recommend the Chattanooga Endoscopy Center for anyone who is having an upcoming colonoscopy. I feel they are very caring and take good care of their patients and I appreciate this very much.
Caring doctor
The staff and physician were great, very kind, and courteous. The Dr. explained things well. However, I felt very uncomfortable with his answers because his solution appeared to be just to put a Band-Aid on something that had the potential to become a problem in the future.
