I visited Dr. Rose for a consultation and he recommended surgery. I spoke with his scheduling assistant the same day and filled out paperwork. I received a phone call from her a week or two later with a question. I never heard from her again. I have her direct phone number and email address and left several messages. She never replied. Dr Rose is one of our favorite doctors for many years. He has treated my wife and myself. He is very friendly and gives you a thorough explaination of diagnoses and treatment options.
