Do. Not use this dr. Damaged sciatic nerve during hip surgery
Dr. Kayiaros hands were blessed by God. After 3 failed L knee surgeries by another dr who told me I would be in a wheel chair for life, Dr. K did a 4th knee surgery, replacing the lost petela tendon w/mesh & I am walking!! Now going back to him for R hip replacement. The only dr I trust for orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Kayiaros was excellent. I had bilateral knee replacement surgery last Friday March 15th and was able to go home on the 16 th. Minimal pain and feel great. Glad I didn’t listen to people who said 2 knees at a time is too much .
Excellent surgeon! His anterior approach is less intrusive thus requires less restrictions and scarring! Very professional!
MASTER CRAFTSMAN! I'm thoroughly convinced Dr. Kayiaros can do a hip replacement blindfolded! Had my hip replacement on 9/12/18 as an out patient. Minimal pain. Anterior approach. Was off the walker and cane and P/T after 7 days. On day 8 I was walking like i was 25 again! This man is a 5-star surgeon if there ever was one. Kudos as well to the entire staff at University Orthopedics in Somerset NJ. I highly recommend Dr. Kayiaros. Yes, he is that good!
Dr Kayiaros is one of the finest surgeons in this country. He helped me when everyone else said I was a lost cause. I was headed to a wheelchair and now I’m walking on my own two beautiful legs for the first time in 10 years! He is a kind sweet man who put all of my concerns and those of my family at ease. He not only fixed both of my knees but he did a revision surgery for my hip as well, and he found a way to manage my pain. Both him and all the staff at RWJ are angels. You’ll be in good hands
One of the best...I think I commented on this before but not sure. On the phone waiting to make an appointment for my second hip replacement. That's how good he is, I cant wait...
I am over the moon with the success of my right hip replacement done 3 weeks ago today. I am certain that Dr.Kayiaros' training, his experience and his surgical skills are responsible for my success. I also want to share that he is really nice and approachable. Can't wait to see him next week, so I can show off my mobility.
Hip replacement 4 years ago (2012). Anterior approach, easy recovery, excellent result! Dr. Kayiaros was accessible, interactive, perfect.
