Dr. Kayiaros is an excellent clinician. Great training and excellent communication skills. His office has a great text program reminding you for pre and post op instructions and education. Was up and walking immediately after leaving recovery room!
I had my knee replaced by Dr K last month, and he did an excellent job!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of surgery!

My knee replacement was performed at the UOA surgical center in Somerset, NJ. I had my right knee replaced in 2019 and my left knee on Jan 29th. My surgery went exceptionally well. I was up walking the next day, just a little bit of pain…..more swelling than pain. Within the first 10 days at home I was already going up and down steps. Thee wasn’t any bruising on my leg at all, just very sensitive where the stitches are. We can’t thank Dr David Polonet and his team enough!No one should ever need a Trauma Orthopedic Surgeon! However if you do I highly recommend Dr David Polonet .. From the moment we met Dr Polonet we knew he was a Dr sent from GOD and we would be in good hands !I had a complicated fracture in my upper arm that required surgery ..He was calm , reassuring , knowledgeable and extremely caring .Thank god my surgery was a success and helped fix my fracture after long 8 hour surgery !
