Dr. Butler was the coldest, and least helpful doctor I have EVER seen. I saw him February 2023 for two issues: 1. He did a quick evaluation of my shoulder and said “this isn’t a big deal”. That’s it. No recommendations for physical therapy, no advice on what to do if it gets worse, no advice on what NOT to do so it didn’t get worse. To no one’s surprise, it got much, much worse. I went for a 2nd opinion elsewhere and quickly got a diagnosis. My nee doctor knows Butler and was NOT surprised by his attitude and lack of empathy... read more

Dr. Polonet is not only an exceptional orthopedist, he is also full of compassion and sees the patient as a whole, not as a body part. My visit was complicated by other complex factors, and Dr. Polonet took the time to listen to the issues, offered solutions, and followed up with insight and wisdom. Dr. Polonet goes above and beyond the call of duty.
I have the honor of being one of the most difficult cases that Dr K has come across. Luckily he was a miracle man; such amazing talent. A kinder, more caring doctor you will not find. His staff is awesome too, all of them. Take all of your hips and knees to Dr. K.
My experience with Dr. Butler was disappointing. He didn’t seem to listen to me and seemed to belittle my situation. Two days after my appointment with him I ended up going to another orthopedic for a second opinion and found satisfaction diagnosis and treatment in that visit.

Knee replacement for my husband today and we could not have had a better experience with Dr Kaiyiaros and his staff at University Orthopedic. He’s home feeling good moving about and only using a modest amount of pain medication. Hope this is a n indication of the rest of his recovery! Would definitely recommend this doctor and facility.
