Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating
