well , I am not sure what to think yet.. was really wanting money asap.. did ok I guess on work they did . I don't have much to compare them to.
Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
He was the rudest person I've ever dealt with and made me feel I was inadequate because I didn't jump at paying the VERY high cost of the dental work. He was also rude to my parents and have never returned phone calls. I changed insurance company's because he was on the insurance I had. I would never go back and have told all I know the same thing!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Unprofessional, rude staff, and money driven office. Said I had 3 cavities, had 2 filled with them and cost a fortune even with insurance. Additionally I was in a lot of pain and he did not administer any additional numbing. Wanted to get the third cavity taken care of elsewhere due to comfort and when I tried to get my records and x-rays from Browns office they refused to give them to me saying they own my records! When I went to a new dentist they said I had no cavities and I haven't had any since -ironic!!
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Shar at the front office knew who I was as soon as I entered the door and set up my follow up at the satellite office without being asked. Dr. Brown educated me the entire visit on my teeth and the procedure I was going to have. I'm definitely going back.
