Thank you very much for your staff, all excellent and very friendly.
Dr. Prepas was a wonderful doctor and we were very happy.
The medicine given me to dialate my eyes was very strong and after they put the drops in my eyes the effects lasted until 8 pm. I had a headache for over 24 hours and made me dizzy and disoriented. Also the building was hard to find. It took my driver over 30 minutes to find it.
The building and checkin process was a little confusing making it kind of harder than it should be to get into your appointment.
I had a great patient experience at my appointment at UCI Health, Thank you!
The text did not contain both of my sons names for some reason, I think my wife got the text for my other son.
Dr. Prepas is wonderful.
Positive environment and staff. Was a little confusing as a new patient trying to arrive at the clinic but appreciated the valet.
Dr Prepas was exceptionally good in calming my fears and concern. His staff were responsive to my request for an earlier follow up. Thank you so much Dr Prepas!!!
