Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Was not rushed like we were at CHOC. Very clean facility. Thank you.
Everything was great, except I didn't know the building was called "GHEI." This made finding it a challenge when the map takes you to the back side of the building for the surgery center that has the same address. When I called the number sent with the reminder message, it's just a voicemail box, so there was no way to call to ask for guidance.
I am glad that Dr Prepas is now associated with UCI Irvine. {staff name removed}, his assistant, was very helpful also.
