Dr Prepas is a really great doctor. My kids has been seeing him since they were two. I see him for eyes issues and it's really spot on diagnosis. He's great with kids and explain everything in plain language so they understand. His exams are fun and not scary my kids said.
I'm 75 and a half with new onset bilateral cataracts, central cataracts, left greater than right. I have a smoking problem. Dr. Prepas made sure that I got referred to a... multiple specialists. And also did this follow up visit to assure that they are really doing the best I can under these circumstances and I need to quit. Overall great appointment, no complaints at all.
It was s great experience. Although i said somewhat regarding the appointment time it was months better than CHOC!
I enjoyed visiting the facility. I felt welcomed by the nurses and they did not seem to be artificial as they welcomed us, my son and I. Also felt that Dr. Prepas was thorough and he smiled a lot and it seemed to... and it was genuine. And, you know, he... he wanted to do... even though he didn't suspect anything, and I'm grateful he didn't see anything severe, he did... he followed all the steps and did his homework just to be sure, medically and scientifically. As always, Dr. Prepas is amazing! I was very pleased with every person we encountered; from the front office staff, to {staff member name removed}, to the the staff taking the images needed for Dr. Prepas, to the checkout desk. Everyone was very warm, friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained very thoroughly to myself. They made my 7 year old son very comfortable with the entire process. I walked away feeling like we won the lotto with this group.
Just a great experience, thank you UCI and I love the valet parking.

This was my daughter's first visit to this facility. The staff were polite, respectful and helpful. I'm so glad that her Doctor is at UCI.
