Everyone from the front office staff to {staff name removed} to Dr. Prepas himself were wonderful. Thank you all for being so kind and caring and taking care of my baby girl.
My Chart options should be discussed at check in or checkout. I was t given this information and since my child who's the patient is a minor I was unable to set up the account from home which made it difficult to communicate about concerns and appointment needs directly with the doctors staff.
