The doctor was very helpful, very knowledgeable, explained everything very well, checked the child thoroughly, we were happy.
I'm was very pleased with the my experience. The staff was attentive and there was no wait at all. They were ready as soon as we checked in.
The staff was very kind and made my son feel comfortable. He seemed... my son was maybe a little bit nervous, but the staff is so kind and great with kids. The doctor was extremely great with my son and my son was smiling during the visit. He was... he was comfortable even though he had to have his eyes dilated. He was... he was okay, everybody... the visit was very... I highly rate the visit, it was very nice.

I am so impressed with Dr Prepas. I called all over Orange County trying to find a pediatric ophthalmologist. I wasn't able to get an appointment with anyone else and was treated rudely by other offices. But not with UC Irvine and Dr Prepas, we were welcomed from the very first phone call. Dr Prepas and his team saw us the next day when my child had a serious eye issue, we have never felt rushed or forced to take a certain method of treatment. Big thank you to {staff name removed} and Dr. Prepas for their flexibility and care during our appointment for our son who is autistic. We would strongly suggest implementing "Happy Visits" for children with special needs to get acclimated prior to their actual appointment.
Our adult daughter has been seen by Dr. Prepas since she was a baby. Thanks to his expertise, her {patient PHI removed} was discovered early and treament provided which saved her life and some of her vision. UCI is fortunate to have Dr. Prepas on board. {parent name removed
