Office staff is very welcoming and friendly. Service was professional. Jamie listened to my concerns and enlisted Dr. Loller's help. I found out about a fairly new device out there in lieu of the CPAP machine. I look forward to my visits.
Great service - high tech- honest
Like most people, a visit to the dentist is not on my favorite list but I have to say that Dr. Loller and her staff (especially Jaime) makes it enjoyable. They are always professional, happy and friendly. Give them a try.
Solid staff who have been together many years. Happy sounds amongst them whilst providing amazing, pain free, professional, excellent, kind, caring service. I feel so very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Lollers.
my appointment started on time and was smooth and pain free; a highlight was trying a sample of the new teeth polish flavors - I chose cookie dough, the aroma was exacty like cookie dough with a closely matched taste - a great way to end the appoinment - in and out in 50 minutes
I went in for a regular cleaning and questions about going on Medicare. The hygienist was very good with no discomfort during the cleaning. She was VERY thorough in answering my questions about dental care and providing samples of helpful items. The receptionist was very helpful answering questions about going on Medicare and had Doctor Loller do an oral exam. Suggestions were made about Medicare coverage and I left well informed and very pleased. I highly recommend them for dental care.
Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, superb experience for someone who is nervous about dentists. Made me feel comfortable and at ease explaining everything that was going on.
