I have seen Dr Forstot for 20 years following a cornea transplant in 2004. I believe the success I have had is solely related to Dr Forstot and the quality of doctor he is. His knowledge, professionalism, and being personable is just as apparent today as it was years ago. Thank you Dr Forstot and thank you for your great staff.
I have doctored with Dr. Forstot for years. He is Very Knowledgeable In his field. My wife also doctors with him.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going to Dr. Forstat for over 30 years. He first saw me for an eye condition but now I see him for all of my eye needs. He is an excellent physician and really is on top of new treatments.
Always good care in an efficient manner.

The office visit went well. It was indicated in my record that 'I refused' an infraction. I recall Dr. Forstot indicating 'everything looked good.' So then I said 'ok' to what he said. Assumed it was about how good everything looked - that's why I said 'ok.' I should have asked more specifically what was said. Please make the updated change in verbage in my record. Went well. His staff were professional and pleasant.
Listened and explained. Pleasant manner but professional. Humorous. I left feeling I had plenty of time with him and checked all the boxes.
He is very professional as are the assistants and medical personal. The front desk staff is great and the scheduling department has helped me get in for some urgent appointments very quickly. Dr. Forstot takes excellent care of my eyes, he is person oriented, and compassionate. He is not only focused on the eyes, and makes sure to review all of your health issues at every appointment.
