Dr. Forstat is a cornea specialist who is also involved with a clinical study for Sjogren’s. I have cornea basement membrane dystrophy and Sjogren’s. He was able to tell me that the treatment I was doing was proper but did recommend that I change one medication. He is very personable, intelligent and helpful. I would highly recommend him.
I missed my yearly checkup by three months. When I finally made my visit with Dr. Forstot, I was worried, but left walking on air. Even though I have keratoconis, I did not have any other eye concerns. That is a huge relief to walk out as a status quo patient. Even my keratoconis did not change. Dr. Forstot took his time to make sure ALL was well with my eyes.
It would be so convenient and thoughtful if the office provided a service to polish contacts instead of requiring a separate visit to another facility
