All the instructors are fantastic, but went to my first class with Renee and she is 5 stars! Lots of feedback on proper form both with how to improve and what you are already doing correctly! Will definitely preferentially select her classes when I can!

Amazing workout with excellent instructors!
I've been going here for over 2 years and the place has transformed me. Strength, endurance, healing of long term injuries as well as joint and tendon rejuvenation. This place has it all.
If this workout does not get you into shape nothing will!
Awesome change of pace from my normal training routine.
