Nothing I've done, including hard core boot camp training, continues to challenge me like this style of fitness. I"m addicted and getting as many of my friends, clients and colleges to drink the Kool Aid with me. The proof is in the product, and that would be my body!

Stellar strong!!!! The most intense workout using a megaformer. Slow movements make this workout very unique. Every class is challenging but super fun. Instructors are very knowledgeable.
