This is the most humbling workout I've ever done. I've worked out in different forms my entire life and nothing is like this. I don't know if I'll ever get the moves down how I want to but I'll keep trying. I love the workout and the changes I see in my body from it. The BEST!
Amazing workout! This is the best way I've found to strength train. It compliments my running so well. I added Stellar Bodies to my training schedule a few times a week in February and it helped me nail an amazingly PR at the Pittsburgh Marathon last Sunday. I give all the credit to Renee! Her classes are amazing! So many other great teachers too like Anna and Lynn! This is a must do class to build strength and change your body shape!
I've been twice and I swear I feel different! Great workout!!
