It was Jimmy's first day when I had the pleasure of him being my technician. I will never go to anyone else! He was so funny and did a phenomenal job! Shellac usually peels off of my nails in about 5 days, and his lasted almost a full two weeks and my pedicure for even longer. The whole staff was fun and professional. There were long waits, but they handled it so well � very happy and impressed, especially with Jimmy!

My daughter and I had gift certificates for a deluxe mani/pedi. We both sat down for our pedi at the same time. I was left unattended for at least 30 minutes (the water turned cold.) They finished my daughters pedi and mani before I was even half way thru just the pedi! They didn't even do the deluxe mani on me. She rushed through it because she knew I was aggravated. So, they didn't even perform the service that was paid for. We will never go here again! Very disappointed!
I had a good experience, but if I had read the reviews, I would have thought twice. I think management needs to take a second look as to what the customers are saying. They may be laughing now, but eventually it will catch up with them.
I waited for 45 minutes with a scheduled appointment before leaving. Frustrating and a waste of time. Never going back.
I have been a customer here for a while and I usually have a good experience, but I had the most painful pedicure I have ever had in my life!! I do not know the name of the girl that did my pedicure. It was the first time I have ever seen her working there. I had my pedicure done on Saturday and my toes are still sore! I was cut several times and the cuts are now starting to scab over so they look terrible! If I could give you zero stars I would. I asked the manager Nina or Naomi if she read the Facebook reviews, in hopes that she saw how many of the customers leave this establishment feeling. She indicated that it didn't matter because business is still good. It made me so angry, because if the leader feels this way there is no hope for change. They do a absolute wonderful job! Wouldn't even consider another place!!!!
Left sitting for over an hour. No one said anything except hello when we signed in and sorry (without even looking up) when we walked out.
