Very unprofessional. Treated my elderly mother terribly. I will never go back. They did a shoddy job on her nails & would not redo them even after she said she would pay the difference. The manager took my sweet 80 yr old mother outside & told her no one would do her nails because she is too picky... Absolutely unacceptable behavior & terrible customer service. Disgusted.
