Steiner Sports has possibly the WORST customer service anywhere! I emailed several people there (including Brandon Steiner, the owner) about a problem I was having placing an order but the problem was never resolved. Trying to get a response from anyone there is just about impossible. Seems to me they don't want my business. Too bad. I bought a Mariano Rivera signed Baseball . They must have used disappearing ink. I called them and they said it was my fault it faded. Couldn’t tell me what I did or why. I guess I’m just been lucky with the other 300 baseballs that are autographed . Never buy anything from them again . Heed my warning

Sent me a broken case that was glued back together and since I didn't open it in the first 7 days they won't return it! Clearly they knew this was a damaged item and still sent it. Not good customer service and not quality or authentic product. Don't trust them.
