Larry Bird signed basketball
Ordered a signed Mike Trout baseball with display case. Only received the display case. The ball was not put in the shipment. I chalked it up to a simple mistake and thought contacting Steiner customer service (as well as sending pictures of the box inside and out, and the invoice) would take care of the problem. Customer service was horrible. I was told I had to contact UPS and schedule a time for them to come by and inspect the box while I’m there.
