I have two framed pictures. One is Terry Bradshaw handing the ball to Franco Harris autographed by both and have the Certificate is Authenticity and serial number to match. The second frame pic is the 1970’s Steel Curtain defense with all 4 main players signatures also with the certificate of authenticity and matching serial numbers. I also purchased a Kobe Bryant rookie card on their website when he passed. I received my confirmation order and was told on the phone my card was shipping on Tuesday. I just received an email that my order was canceled. Absolutely disgusting business practice and 20% off is a slap in the face. I will be calling tomorrow morning!
I "purchased" a Kobe Bryant signed photo on the day he tragically passed away. Not 5 minutes after receiving confirmation of my order, I saw the price of the same item increase on their website. 4 days after the purchase, I was emailed that the item was no longer in stock and I would receive a refund and a 20% coupon. 100% certain that the people at Steiner Sports fulfilled the adjusted price orders first. Have been using Steiner for gifts for my Son for many years and until last year had never had one issue. Last year started my issues with this company and then this year has put it over the top. I had purchased from the same Representative for most of the years and she was great, the new representative over the last couple years has promised and taken orders for items that have never been received and now no longer returns emails.
