I've bought approximately 8 Toyota's from Steet. All of my experiences have been excellent along with their service department. I trust them complete. Any questions or things that I need they have treated me with respect and prompt answers. Steet is like a family atmosphere friendly and personal. I would not think of going to another car dealership. Toyota is my car. Going to Steet one will not be disappointed.
We’re told we’re legally bound to a lease. No ifs, ands, or buts! My Mom died suddenly 5 months ago half way into a lease. Sternly and repeatedly, “You must, must keep paying until March 2019!” C’mon Steet! No ‘in the event of a death’ clause, or bending the rules out of compassion? Grieving over a sudden loss is hard enough. Deal with Steet if you want to add stress to sad times in your life. Life is not all about business and money.
I found everyone friendly and patient. There was other customers there, in my opinion, weren't the most curtious to the staff but the staff handled it so well. They were kind and friendly no matter what was spoken to them .

I had a wonderful experience at Steet Toyota of Yorkville, NY. They took care of my car the moment that I arrived for my appointment; did all the maintenance asked for on my regular maintenance schedule; and even washed my car when they were done!!! I was in and out within an hour.
Excellent service, employee's make u feel welcome and comfortable, they waiting area is great with coffee,tea and drinks,along with o.d. newspaper and t.v.
I came to Steet Toyota after I had a very bad experience at another Toyota dealership. I met Frank Mariani and he workedwith me and helped to find me a car that worked with me to find me a car that I could afford. Frank and Brian are amazing I recommend this business to everyone!
