We've been a Toyota family and long time customers (purchased 3 vehicles). We've also recommended this dealership to our family members, who (in total) have purchased 3 vehicles. We've been very happy with the overall service until recently. We've been having issues with our 2018 RAV, and the service department is unable to find the problem and unwilling to investigate. I just had the best service experience I think I’ve ever had done going to a car dealership! Edwin was my advisor, he was extremely helpful and respectful! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. He informed me that my brakes needed some work which I kind of had a feeling they did and my truck had a recall. They took care of everything right there and the wait time wasn’t long at all! Very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!

Everyone I have encountered at Steet Toyota has gone out of their way to give me the best service that I have had at any, ANY car dealership. I have found the staff to be consistently polite, caring and professional.
Steet's employees realized that I was in a difficult spot and went way above and beyond to help me out. I will never be able to thank them enough and I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else!!
They do great work added a few things I did it need but all in all not bad

They were absolutely wonderful to my husband and myself when an alert to return to dealer came on ,on our brand new car that we just picked up 6 days prior at a dealership further away. They got an appointment for us right away....and they even gave is a brand new car to drive for 4 days! They kept my husband aprized of everything as they found ouThey were extremely friendly and helpful in the service department!
