I called Steet Toyota to get an appointment to have my snow tires put on. Gabe fit us in the next day. Car was ready when i went to pick it up. I had forgotten to tell them that i had received an e-mail that the car needed its 18 mo. checkup. But when i picked it up they had done the checkup and capped all the fluids. I really appreciated the car wash too. Thanks Gabe and service department. Job well done.

I called Steet around 4:55 pm to inquire about the special on tires and asked if they could save me 4 tires for the next day. They saved 4 tires for me and I arrived around 11:00 am the next day. Steet was fairly busy that next day when I arrived. I waited approximately 2 hrs. for this service. The salesman apologized to me for not getting my car washed and said I could stay a little longer until the workers got back from their lunch to have my car washed. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with! Matt was our sales person as well! There was no high pressure to buy. He gave us clear accurate information. I had done a lot of research with "Consumer Reports". They had ranked the RAV4 as a best buy. I absolutely love mine! I would recommend Steet Toyota to anyone!!
OK people. How many of you have you been lied to or taken advantage of by a mechanic? � Well....about 2 years ago Matthew Darling sold us our very first Toyota, and our 2nd, at the same time! He took great care of us and if you go see him, please tell him I sent you!! Anyway.....since then, I have had a new mechanic too!! I cannot say enough about the service department!!
