RecommendedI still recommend Steet Toyota, however, yesterday’s service experience was disappointing. Five and a half hours for an oil change. Excuse given was, “we are busy.” Also added a tire rotation without notifying me, I was sitting in lobby. $70 + later, no apologies.

The sales staff was great. They made the whole process very easy. Jason wasn’t pushy/annoying and Chris was quick to handle our paperwork. HOWEVER (to preface, this issue primarily falls on the service department) we had our brand new 2020 4Runner TRD Pro ceramic coated and returned to us with swirls in the ceramic coat. According to Chris they “detailed” it again AFTER IT CAME BACK FROM THE DETAILER. The initial resolve was to “polish out the swirls” which would in turn compromise the integrity of the ceramic coat and leave... read more

I went in to cancel my current lease and purchase another vehicle which was done in no time at all with no hassle. I was able to pick my new truck up in a couple days. Jeff Oyer was the was the salesman who helped me and he was very courtesy and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
