Not at all happy with service staff!! I got an outlander 2024 phev and the sales rep Rafik was great. Everything went smoothly with buying and financing until I went in for the first service. Not at all good experience. Rude service staff, even the mechanic is mouthy and said i don't give a F@#k to what I was asking and left. Even their service advisor is not at all helpful and just don't want to listen what we are asking or saying. Very good service, easy and proper information of vehicles. Best dealership in Halifax. Jason is the perfect salesman, He knows everything and made it easy for me to pick up the vehicle as according to my schedule which is best for me and everything was smooth. Got Approved in an hour and got the delivery quickly. 10/10 recommended , Also they have lot of options in Pre owned vehicles.
