I've been dealing with Arun at Steele Mitsubishi, Kempt Road, Halifax for almost two years now and can say this with confidence that he is a thorough professional and still keeps his human side intact when dealing with customers. Explains things in a simple and concise manner and informs about the n necessary vs non-necessary expenses to be made on the car. Overall, I have had nothing but best of the service from his end.
If you’re a person that barely knows anything about how cars work, you will be targeted for upsell when requiring maintenance. They will use scare tactics to get you to pay way more than you should and make you feel like you can’t get the fix done cheaper anywhere else. (Which I found out I was lied to by another mechanic) I will never ever buy a car from this place or continue maintenance. I am left distraught
