WINNER 5 Star PLUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I would give Steam Machine a 10 STAR rating if I could! Sears and Stanley Steemer came to my home 6 times and could not get a large RED STAIN out of our white carpet. The stain was located in the middle of the room. When Steam Machine came into our home, they asked us if we want to pay a little extra to get this RED STAIN out. I informed Tom that others tried to remove the stain and could not, so I said NO. Smoke Odor Gone – I just want to let you know how pleased I am with the recent carpet cleaning, performed by your employees, Ken and Eric. The two gentlemen were very professional and efficient. I had a fireplace problem, which caused some smoke odor in my house. They offered a solution to that problem too so now my home looks and smells great. I will definitely be your repeat customer.

Sears? Stanley Steemer? What a JOKE!!!! Call Steam Machine! – I called Sears and Stanley Steemer for quotes, I have 6 bedrooms, a family room, living room, two hallways and two sets of stairs. Sears $695!!!! Stanley Steemer $725!!!!! LOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I contacted Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning, they came in at ONLY $400!!!!!!!! Prompt/upfront/honest/best in town! – If you need to have your carpets done, go with Steam Machine Carpet and Furniture cleaning. They were prompt, upfront about all of their prices and cleaned my carpets better then what I thought would have been done. They were very helpful and offered plenty of information about my carpets and also what i can do to keep them in the best condition possible. They are the best and will only deal with them in the future.
