just had tom and his crew finish cleaning up a flood throughout my home and what a good job they did saving my carpets. at 11 pm we had a pipe break and it flooded our home. i called steam machine carpet care and the were at my home in 22 minutes, thats fast..they were able to vacuum or extract all the water before eveything would need replaced. i want to thank tom and ken for a job well done.... pat and jean doven

Steam Machine is amazing!!! Great customer service, professional, & affordable!!! I had a water leak from my bathroom which had flooded my carpet in the hallway and a part of my living room. My carpet was soaked with water and i didn't know what to do so I put towels down to soak up the water. I looked up on yelp for a carpet cleaner in Raleigh that had great reviews and Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning was the one I called. none better than steam machine....very honest people.....prices are fair....work is preformed in a timely manner...carpets look almost like new....recommended..

I would like to thank Tom and Eric for the graet work they did on my home today..This is the third time I have used this company and they alway prefom a great job. I do find it very hard to believe the negitive review below. Steam Machine doesnt have to write "Fake Reviews" Tom and his Company do the best carpet cleaning in town. Anyway, Thanks Steam Machine for another great job on my carpets! Steve & Jen Day Raleigh NC

I think these guys write their own reviews. They did my carpet and the carpets were left soaked for two days and most of the pet stains came back when the carpet was finally dry. I called to complain and was promised a refund but I never received it.

The BEST!!!!!!!!! Incredible job!!!!!. My carpet now looks brand new! It's perfect!!!! I was embarressed to even call about getting it clean- there were so many stains, and it was really dirty- thought I should just have it replaced,…Jean Fletcher , my real estate agent referred me to Steam Machine. She has used them over 40 time and she said she was never let dow. I WAS ALSO not let down, these guys are the best. I do give Steam Machine a 5 star rating , HANDS DOWN!
